Clients can see their project schedule and milestone progress, pending and completed selections, shared documents and plans, the project photo gallery, and any open change orders awaiting their signature. You control exactly what's visible and can adjust access at any time.
Every selection in Ressio is presented with a specific price and presented to the client for formal digital approval before it's ordered or installed. If a client picks a tile that's $8/sq ft over the allowance, they see that overage and approve it explicitly — so there's no confusion later about who authorized the upgrade. The approval record is timestamped and permanent.
Ressio's change orders include a digital signature mechanism that captures the client's consent with a timestamp and audit trail. Legally, the enforceability of a digital signature depends on your jurisdiction and contract terms, but in most US states, digital signatures are valid under the ESIGN Act and UETA. We recommend consulting your attorney about your specific contract language, but Ressio's change orders are designed with documentation best practices in mind.
Yes.
