CoConstruct Pricing in 2026: What Builders Pay Now
CoConstruct does not publish pricing anymore, and its customers are being moved to Buildertrend. Here is what that costs, what changes for your team, and where a custom builder can go instead.

October 9, 2026
CoConstruct no longer publishes a price list. If you search for CoConstruct pricing in October 2026, the company's own site sends you to Buildertrend instead.
That changes what the question means. For a current CoConstruct customer, the number that matters is what Buildertrend will charge you after the move. For anyone still shopping, the question is whether to take that path or pick a different system built for custom homes.
We build Ressio, construction management software for custom home builders, and we have helped builders leave CoConstruct. Here is what we can say with sources.
What does CoConstruct pricing look like today?
CoConstruct does not list prices anywhere on its site. As of October 2026, its homepage says the company's "transition to Buildertrend is entering its final phase" and asks customers to make the move now. Its pricing address shows the same migration page, and there is no public sunset date.
Buildertrend acquired CoConstruct in 2021 and is retiring the product, according to a June 2026 announcement from JobTread, a competing software vendor. That announcement also says customers keep access to their historical CoConstruct project data.
Older numbers still circulate. Projul, a competing software vendor, reported in October 2025 that the entry plan was $4,788 a year, but CoConstruct does not confirm it. Treat it as history, not a quote.
What does Buildertrend cost for former CoConstruct customers?
Buildertrend says its platform starts at $499 a month. Its pricing page, as of October 2026, says your final price depends on your annual construction volume and your onboarding package.
Buildertrend lists unlimited users, unlimited projects and no feature tiers. Setup, data migration and daily live training are part of the onboarding it describes.
| CoConstruct | Buildertrend | Ressio | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price list on its own site | None | From $499 a month | Quote after a demo |
| What sets your number | Not stated | Annual construction volume and onboarding package | Your company size and what you need |
| Users | Not stated | Unlimited | Quoted with your plan |
| Direction | Moving customers to Buildertrend | Active | Active, new features weekly |
All vendor figures are as of October 2026. CoConstruct's row is blank because CoConstruct publishes nothing to quote.
Why your CoConstruct bill may not predict your next one
Buildertrend ties its price to how much you build in a year. A builder who ran six homes at $900,000 each will not pay what a builder with twenty smaller remodels pays, even with the same crew.
That matters most for custom builders. Your volume swings with the size of each home, and selections, allowances and change orders move your budget more than the number of jobs does.
A Capterra reviewer, quoted by Projul, described the mood of staying put: "it still feels like it is on a countdown timer before you are forced to switch to BuilderTrend." Waiting does not remove the decision. It only moves the date to someone else.
That budget movement is what we built Ressio around. In Ressio, an approved selection flows straight into the budget, and an overage on an allowance starts a change order, so a custom build's numbers stay current as the client decides.
What else changes in a CoConstruct to Buildertrend move?
Price is one part of the move. You also learn a new interface, rebuild templates and retrain every person who touches a job.
Buildertrend is built for builders who run five or more projects a year or manage complex, multi-phase builds, per its own pricing page. That fits many custom builders, though some teams still want something closer to what CoConstruct was.
Switching to us is still a move, but you do not start over. We migrate your active jobs, templates and workflows, and most teams are working in Ressio within five business days.
What a CoConstruct user gets from Ressio
CoConstruct was built for custom builders, and so was Ressio. Our team worked on the same principles, and some of us are the same people. Our Ressio vs CoConstruct page lays out the side-by-side.
Picture a builder with four homes under way and CoConstruct going away. The last thing that builder needs is a tool that treats a custom kitchen like a production-house option. In Ressio, a client opens a magic link on their phone and approves a change order with no password.

Here is how we handle the rest of what you used CoConstruct for:
- Selections and allowances. Your clients choose from your options, and the approved choice flows into the budget. See selections and approvals.
- Estimates and budgets. Build the estimate once and carry it into the budget and your change orders.
- Client and sub access. Clients and subs open a magic link with no app and no password, and your clients see progress in the client portal.
- Your active jobs. We migrate your jobs in progress, your templates and your workflows, so you do not start over mid-build. Most teams are working in Ressio within five business days.
- Support. Phone and chat support are part of working with us, and we ship new features every week.
Our estimating is built for complex, multi-phase custom builds. See Ressio estimating.
What should you do now?
If you are a CoConstruct customer, ask Buildertrend for your volume-based quote and get a Ressio quote for the same year of work. Put the two next to each other with your own numbers.
